The role of Staff Nurse at Corby Community Hospital within the Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust offers a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with flexible part-time options available. The Staff Nurse will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized rehabilitation care to patients transitioning from acute hospitals or those requiring admission avoidance. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, monitoring care quality, conducting various clinical tasks, and assisting in team management under the guidance of the Ward Sister.

Candidates must be registered with the NMC or due to qualify within six months, as this position requires a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care in a supportive and innovative environment.
