We're seeking a dedicated *Pharmacy Lead for Research and Development* to drive innovation and improve the wellbeing of our service users. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to blend your pharmaceutical expertise with impactful clinical research. You'll be a key player, supporting our expanding Research and Development team, facilitating partnerships with trial sponsors and clinical research organisations (CROs), and paving the way for groundbreaking clinical trials that enhance patient care.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on the pharmacy aspects of clinical trials, ensuring they're executed to the highest standards of safety and effectiveness. Collaborating closely with medical and research colleagues, you'll help identify research priorities and assess the feasibility of new trials, all while championing the safe use of medicines throughout the Trust.
