Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Swindon is seeking experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners with a strong background in autonomous practice for their SACT services in oncology. The role involves providing clinical expertise, professional leadership, and education in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Successful candidates will work collaboratively within a multi-professional team, utilizing advanced clinical judgment and diagnostic reasoning to manage patients undergoing Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT), including a lead role in Immunotherapy treatments.

The position requires adeptness in assessing individuals and families through person-centered approaches, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and developing management plans based on critical reasoning. Advanced Clinical Practitioners will autonomously manage patient care, utilize evidence-based interventions, and promote value-based decision-making, all while operating effectively in a high-pressure environment. This role is integral to improving patient experiences and outcomes within the oncology care framework.
