DHU Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their Out Of Hours team in Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary ranging from £62,484 to £72,865, with responsibilities that include practicing autonomously, utilizing advanced clinical skills for patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral, as well as initiating diagnostic investigations. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and the ability to make confident decisions, maintain clinical records, and collaborate effectively within a multi-professional team.

Ideal applicants should be registered healthcare professionals (Adult Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist) with independent prescribing qualifications, a Master's level education, and substantial experience in primary care and emergency settings.
