The Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is looking to hire two Band 4 Associate Practitioners for their adult autism diagnostic service in Hull. The role involves providing support to adults with Neurodiverse needs and their families throughout the diagnostic pathway, collaborating closely with qualified clinicians. Key responsibilities include reviewing and triaging autism referrals, conducting clinic-based observations, collating relevant information for assessments, assisting with diagnostic testing, and managing referral systems.

In addition to clinical tasks, the Associate Practitioners will engage in multidisciplinary team meetings, handle general inquiries from patients and their families, and ensure the accurate entry of clinical outcome data. The position offers the opportunity for skill development as outlined in a detailed job plan, emphasizing both independent and collaborative work within the framework of a well-established service.
