The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled PA/Secretary for its St Albans location. This role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the senior management team, acting as the first point of contact and demonstrating professional judgment while maintaining confidentiality. The successful candidate will work independently within general guidelines, be highly experienced in secretarial practices, proficient in software applications, and possess advanced keyboard skills for accurate report generation.

Responsibilities include managing correspondence, transcribing meeting minutes, supporting the interview process, and ensuring proper information management in compliance with relevant data protection regulations. Candidates should be prepared to update their skills and participate in necessary training, while noting that the position is not eligible for sponsorship.
