CASELOAD FAMILY MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS
The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Community Mental Health Practitioner to join their Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services in Shrewsbury. This role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide assessment and interventions for children and young people experiencing complex emotional wellbeing and mental health challenges. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, conducting specialist assessments, care planning, and implementing treatment programs while fostering service user and carer participation.
