The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time or part-time Deputy Team Leader for the Paediatric Theatres at the newly established Jenny Lind Children's Hospital. The role entails providing supportive and positive leadership within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on inspiring staff development while maintaining high standards of care. Key responsibilities include managing theatre operations, optimizing surgical pathways for pediatric patients, and ensuring compliance with Trust policies and competencies.

Candidates will also play a crucial role in recruitment and retention, staff health and well-being, and involvement in audits to ensure adherence to best practices.
