Wentworth 1 Primary Care Network in Rotherham is seeking a newly qualified General Practitioner (GP) to join their team under the ARRS funding framework. This position involves working an admin-light role primarily within a same-day clinical service at the Parkgate Hub, with a focus on team collaboration across three member practices. The role requires the provision of excellent clinical care, including face-to-face patient consultations, development and implementation of care plans, and adherence to national and local policies. The successful candidate will work alongside another newly qualified GP and will have opportunities for clinical support and professional development.

Candidates must be registered with the GMC, on the Performers List, and have completed their CCT within the last two years. This role involves a commitment to patient-centered care, with responsibilities that include managing patient consultations, processing referrals, maintaining documentation, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the PCN. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and IT skills, the ability to work autonomously while being an effective team player, and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
