The North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust is seeking a Highly Specialist Systemic Family Therapist for a part-time position at the Darwin Centre, which focuses on providing therapeutic services to young people aged 12 to 18 in an inpatient setting. The successful candidate will deliver specialized systemic family therapy, particularly for complex mental health disorders like eating disorders, and will be responsible for developing and implementing family interventions while collaborating with clinicians, service users, carers, and service commissioners.

Key responsibilities include assessing family dynamics, providing consultation, managing a varied caseload, coordinating care plans, and ensuring effective communication among multidisciplinary teams. The role also involves supervising others in systemic therapy, engaging in continuous professional development, and maintaining video equipment for therapy purposes. The position emphasises evidence-based practices and a family-centered approach to treatment, with expectations for innovative service development and accountability for professional actions within the team's framework.
