The role of Administrator for School Nursing at Sirona care & health CIC in Redfield involves providing essential administrative support to the School Nursing team, which promotes health and well-being among school-aged children (5-19 years) in Bristol East & Central. The administrator will be responsible for coordinating appointments, acting as a central contact point for communication between families, health professionals, and other agencies, and managing office tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams while maintaining effective operations within the School Nursing Service.

The position is part-time, covering three days a week (Wednesday to Friday) from 9 am to 5 pm, and will be based at Wellspring Surgery. The administration role is pivotal in ensuring that targeted tasks are completed efficiently, thus contributing to the high-quality health services provided to children and young people. The post holder will also have the opportunity to work flexibly alongside other administrators across different health services.
