Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit a Senior Nurse Practitioner or Paramedic Practitioner for its newly established Urgent Treatment Centres in Folkestone and Deal. The ideal candidate should be a first-level nurse with a minimum of two years' experience in a Band 6 role, possess relevant experience in urgent treatment settings, and hold or be pursuing a degree in advanced practice. Key qualifications include completion of an in-house training module for nurse practitioners or equivalent for Emergency Care Practitioners, along with evidence of specialist training in A&E radiology and patient assessment skills.

The position, available for part or full-time hours, demands strong leadership abilities and proficiency in delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment. The role requires autonomy in clinical decision-making and a willingness to adapt to changing clinical situations during shifts, which operate daily from 8 AM to 8 PM.
