The "Health Visitor Flying Start" position at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board in Bridgend is a maternity cover role within the Flying Start Health Visiting team. The successful candidate will manage a defined caseload of pre-school children and families, working collaboratively within a multi-agency team. Key responsibilities include assessing health needs, implementing and evaluating health improvement activities, and providing information to influence health-related policies. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, but applications are welcome from both Welsh and English speakers.
