Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking Healthcare Support Workers for the Outpatients team at Whipps Cross University Hospital and Forest Medical Centre in Loughton. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care, supporting nursing and medical staff during consultations, and assisting with direct care and procedures. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.

The outpatient clinics operate Monday to Friday, with staff working on a rota that includes two late shifts weekly, and potentially weekend shifts. Ideal applicants should demonstrate a genuine passion for patient care and attention to criteria specified in the job description. The recruitment process includes an online literacy and numeracy test, followed by an interview for successful candidates.
