STEPS Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated nurses in Sheffield who align with their values to provide high-quality, holistic care to clients with various disabling injuries and illnesses. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will collaborate with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to promote independence through personalized care plans. Your responsibilities include assessing and monitoring clients’ physical and emotional needs, administering medications, and adapting care plans based on progress. You will also lead a team of Rehabilitation Assistants and contribute to clinical audits while ensuring compliance with STEPS policies and guidelines.
