We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to providing essential 2:1 care to a kind and caring young lady, at her home in Durham.
She has a lively and engaging personality, and we are looking for cheerful and bubbly individuals to provide companionship as she spends time with her friends and family.
She enjoys reading, watching TV, and spending time in the garden. Your role will be key in providing care during morning, afternoon, and evening visits.
This isn't just a job it's a chance to have a significant impact on a young person's life.
Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Pay Rates:
Short Calls: £15.00 per hour
Sleep-in Shift: Approximately £152 for a 12-hour week night sleep in shift
Shifts Available:
- Short Calls & Sleep in Shifts
- Mornings: 9am 11am
- Afternoons: 1pm 2pm
- Evenings: 8.45pm 10:15pm
- Sleeps: 7pm - 7am
- We are looking for flexibility to work short calls and Sleep in shifts**

About us The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
