London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Specialist Chemotherapy Pharmacist to join their Pharmacy Cancer Services team. In this role, the pharmacist will deliver specialized services to oncology and clinical haematology patients, including clinical screening of chemotherapy prescriptions and medication management in both inpatient and outpatient environments. The position requires the pharmacist to act as a non-medical prescriber, prescribing chemotherapy for patients, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.
