The role of Nursery Nurse for Greenwich & Bexley Special Schools with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust involves providing specialized nursing care for children with complex health needs within a special school environment. The primary focus of the position is to manage the continence needs of the students, collaborate with a team of community children's nurses, and assist in the implementation of care plans while ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices. The Nursery Nurse will support the school nurse in various clinical responsibilities, including administering medication, conducting health assessments, and managing clinical emergencies.

Candidates should possess experience working with children with special educational needs and be committed to ongoing development and innovation within the team.
