The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a passionate CAMHS Practitioner to join their expanding child and adolescent mental health services in Llandudno, North Wales. The ideal candidate will be a healthcare professional, accredited therapist, or social worker with experience in mental health assessment, risk assessment, and delivering interventions to support the emotional wellbeing of children and adolescents. This Band 6 role involves working both independently and as part of a team, utilizing the Care and Programme Approach (CAPA) model to provide assessments and specific evidence-based therapies, while also consulting with frontline professionals and offering training to enhance support for young people and their families.

The position offers a structured induction and development plan to further enhance clinicians' skills, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. The role is set in a picturesque region encompassing diverse landscapes and offers proximity to larger cities such as Bangor, Chester, and Liverpool. While proficiency in Welsh is desirable, all Welsh and English speakers are encouraged to apply.
