The University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Haemodialysis Specialist Practitioner to lead its Paediatric Haemodialysis Unit. This role requires an individual with specialized knowledge in haemodialysis to provide safe therapeutic management for paediatric patients while working autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team. The specialist will manage a caseload of patients, coordinate their therapeutic treatment and care, and serve as a key advisor to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

While primarily responsible for the unit's operations, the practitioner will also ensure high training standards among staff and contribute to the expansion of the service. The unit currently operates three days a week but aims to extend to six days.
