The Agency Manager at Prior's Court Foundation in Chieveley will be responsible for effectively managing and deploying agency staff within the organisation. Key duties include overseeing the rostering and engagement of agency workers, acting as the Duty Manager for site management, and coordinating major incident management. The role also involves vetting and negotiating contracts with agencies, ensuring compliance with onboarding and performance management processes, and maintaining the Agency Single Central Database.

Additionally, the Agency Manager will monitor agency staff hours, approve invoices, support safeguarding investigations, and ensure high training compliance. Collaboration with the Learning & Development team to help agency staff achieve the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is expected. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and responsiveness to inspections from Ofsted/CQC or Local Authorities.
