The Digital Inclusion Coordinator at PartnersHealth in Nottingham will work to enhance digital engagement among the citizens of Rushcliffe and staff in 11 GP practices. This role focuses on promoting digital tools such as the NHS App to empower patients, reduce health inequalities, and streamline administrative processes in primary care services. The Coordinator will utilize communication and social media skills to educate and support patients, helping those less confident with digital technology to navigate and utilize health services effectively.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with local stakeholders, including the Borough Council and third sector providers, to establish outreach initiatives and digital access points. The Coordinator will facilitate workshops, monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and maintain strong relationships within the community to foster a better understanding of available healthcare services. The role requires a proactive approach to leadership, inclusivity, and continuous improvement in the delivery of digital healthcare services.
