Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Fellow to join their community mental health services in Leicester, available for full-time or part-time positions. The role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient care through innovation and effective clinical leadership. The post holder will not only provide expert guidance but will also work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring dignified treatment for patients and their advocates. The Clinical Fellow will gain experience specifically in old age liaison psychiatry and will have opportunities for personal and professional development, including teaching and supervision of medical and nursing students.

Candidates must have secured MRCPsych and hold full GMC registration with a license to practice. The position offers a robust framework for clinical supervision and development of a job plan, with a strong emphasis on community engagement and respect for diversity in the workforce.
