Elysium Healthcare is seeking a permanent Consultant Psychiatrist to join their multidisciplinary team at Spring Wood Lodge, a locked rehabilitation facility in Leeds focused on treating women with mental disorders, including personality disorders. The position involves a range of responsibilities, including taking clinical responsibility for patients, acting as Responsible Clinician under the Mental Health Act, and contributing to both management and clinical governance meetings. The ideal candidate will have prior consultant experience, a CCT in General Adult or Forensic psychiatry, and a solid understanding of current developments in the field.

In this full-time role (37.5 hours per week), the Consultant Psychiatrist will work to develop therapeutic environments and provide training and supervision to team members while maintaining professional development requirements.
