Central London Community Health Trust is seeking a Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant for its neuro rehab inpatient unit in West Hertfordshire. This role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to support adults with physical dysfunction or disabilities due to neurological conditions, primarily helping patients referred from acute hospitals or community settings. The Rehabilitation Assistant will be responsible for implementing treatment plans aimed at improving patient independence, enhancing daily living skills, and maintaining their strength and function.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with a strong passion for patient care, capable of working autonomously and demonstrating excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
