The Community Partnerships Projects Lead at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHSFT will play a pivotal role in the Cheshire and Merseyside Cancer Alliance, focusing on improving cancer services and patient outcomes in the region. This position involves managing and leading projects aimed at increasing early cancer detection and participation in national screening programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including voluntary organisations, health commissioners, and patients, to ensure effective delivery of the program's objectives.

Key responsibilities include providing project management, leadership, and quality improvement within the community partnership program, while also maintaining strong working relationships across multiple levels of the organisation. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, along with political awareness and the ability to represent the Cancer Alliance at regional forums. The position offers opportunities for hybrid working, primarily involving virtual collaboration with occasional travel for in-person engagements throughout Cheshire and Merseyside.
