The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester is seeking experienced nurses for the Sister/Charge Nurse position in their Critical Care Unit, dedicated exclusively to cancer patients. The role involves delivering exceptional, patient-centered care within a challenging environment, while prioritizing the needs of critically ill patients and their families. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in a critical care setting and hold a postgraduate Level 3 qualification. Responsibilities include assessing and prioritizing patient needs, ensuring accurate documentation, acting as a mentor, and maintaining clinical standards.
