The Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Family Therapist to join their Selby CAMHS team, which focuses on delivering enhanced mental health interventions for children and young people in the Selby and rural district. The role involves providing systemic therapy to families dealing with severe mental health issues or neurodevelopmental conditions, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, crisis planning, and offering evidence-based support as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Additionally, the Family Therapist will manage a complex caseload, facilitate group sessions, monitor clients' clinical progress, and actively engage with both young people and their support systems. The position also encompasses responsibilities for staff training and development, as well as contributing to the overall effectiveness of the multidisciplinary team.
