The Senior Engagement Officer at the Health Research Authority (HRA) in Newcastle upon Tyne will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration with key stakeholders to enhance the impact of HRA’s initiatives. This position involves building and maintaining relationships, overseeing external engagement efforts, and acting as a liaison for the newly established HRA Community Committee, which aims to integrate community perspectives into the HRA's governance.

In addition to leading specific engagement activities, the officer will provide strategic insights on stakeholder intelligence, monitor relevant developments, and share findings to guide HRA's engagement strategies. The role requires collaboration across the Policy and Partnerships directorate and includes delivering internal updates to support HRA staff.
