Join our compassionate team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care, where your expertise can truly make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated nurse for a 37.5 hour position based at Y Bwthyn, our palliative care unit on the Royal Glamorgan Hospital site in Llantrisant. This is an exciting opportunity to provide critical outreach support to patients in need, both in hospital and within the community. As part of a collaborative 7-day roster, you’ll work closely with the diverse populations of Rhondda Cynon Taf and our hospital community, ensuring that the highest standards of palliative care are delivered with empathy and professionalism.

In this vital role, you will manage a caseload of patients, guiding them and their families through some of life’s toughest moments, while also leading educational initiatives for fellow healthcare professionals. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, empowering those around you with your knowledge and passion for palliative care.
