The Band 7 Family Liaison Nurse will be offered at 37.5 hours for a 2-year fixed term. The working days will be 5 days at 7.5 hours with a breakdown of:
- TWO days (Monday and Tuesday)- Giving family liaison support to children, families and staff who are in-patients in our PICU and Acute Wards.
- THREE days (Wednesday-Friday)- Facilitating the PICU project, in partnership with Cosmic's Service Delivery Team, to assess post PICU discharge psychometrics and ensure families are signposted to the correct services.
