CASELOAD MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS
The Home Intensive Treatment Clinician role at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust involves joining a dynamic multi-disciplinary team that provides urgent mental health assessments and home treatment services to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises in York and Selby. The clinician will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions that aim to prevent hospital admissions. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, providing telephone triage support, conducting risk assessments, developing intervention plans, and offering clinical supervision to community support workers and students.
