The Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Trainee Nurse Colposcopist to join their multi-disciplinary Colposcopy Service team based in Redditch. The role is suited for a motivated and passionate nurse with a focus on women's health, who will be supported by experienced colposcopists while undertaking training towards accreditation. Responsibilities include conducting colposcopy procedures under supervision, managing a small caseload of patients, contributing to care plan development, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and will progress from a Band 6 to a Band 7 role upon successful completion of the training.

The candidate will also be involved in educating and supervising junior staff, participating in quality and research initiatives, and maintaining professional standards as outlined by the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
