HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their Reablement Team in Bath. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) involves working with patients in their homes or care facilities to promote independence through rehabilitation. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various physical and psychological conditions, managing their own caseload, and supervising junior staff and therapy workers. A strong emphasis is placed on collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, including occupational therapists, care co-ordinators, and community health services.

Candidates must possess a degree in Physiotherapy, be registered with HCPC, and hold a Full UK Driving License with access to a vehicle for travel within Bath and North East Somerset.
