Omnes Healthcare Limited is seeking an ENT Specialist to join their Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic in West Hampshire, either on a permanent or self-employed basis. The role involves delivering high-quality outpatient care for routine ENT conditions, working autonomously in a community setting that includes various clinic locations such as Winchester, Eastleigh, Andover, and Fordingbridge. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the ENT service in collaboration with the Service Manager and the ENT Lead, with a focus on optimizing patient pathways, driving best practices, and enhancing service efficiency while ensuring the highest standards of care, including management of pediatric cases.

Candidates must be fully registered with the GMC, possess an Intercollegiate Specialty examination or an equivalent overseas qualification (FRCS ORL-HNS), and be a fully trained GPwSI in ENT.
