Mendip Vale Medical Group is seeking a Clinical Scanner and Coder to join their Sunnyside team in Bristol, as part of their expansion to better serve over 85,000 patients across multiple sites. This role involves the accurate processing and coding of clinical documents, both paper and electronic, to maintain patient medical records in accordance with established protocols. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with GPs, nurses, and other practice staff, ensuring efficient document management and compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and DPA.

Key responsibilities include inputting patient information, coding correspondence and results, and maintaining high-quality standards for record-keeping and information governance.
