The Health Visitor role at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust in Aylesbury offers an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Health Visiting Service within a supportive and encouraging environment. This position involves leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, collaborating with a diverse team including Community Staff Nurses and Community Nursery Nurses, and focusing on various initiatives such as breastfeeding support, domestic abuse awareness, and perinatal mental health. The service, which has achieved BFI stage 3 accreditation, is committed to the development of its staff, providing opportunities for learning, preceptorship for newly qualified Health Visitors, and regular clinical supervision.

Candidates must hold a current NMC registration as a registered SCPHN (Health Visiting). The Trust values contributions from all staff and encourages a collaborative approach to service development.
