Education and Professional Practice Lead - for Learning Disability, Mental Health & Autism.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Learning Disability or Mental Health Registered Practitioner who is highly motivated and has a passion for teaching others to join our Corporate Education Team.
This is a new and exciting role, and we are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to lead on the development and delivery of the Learning Disability, Autism and Mental Health Education programmes, for Nursing Midwifery and AHP practitioners across North Bristol Trust (NBT). With a primary focus on improving patient safety, experience, and compliance.
As a specialist practitioner, the post holder will be responsible for advising and contributing to the ongoing development of clinical practice, through education learning and research activities. This will also include contributing to the development of policies, protocols, and guidelines, working in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues within NBT, our external partners and regionally as required.
The post holder will undertake audits as appropriate to role and will be required to contribute to the development and delivery of NBT's Training needs for all aspects of Learning Disability, Autism (LD/A) and Mental Health (MH).
