Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Support Secretary to provide administrative assistance to specialist clinical teams and support the Learning and Workforce Development Trainer within the CWAMH Care Group. This role is based at The Becton Centre for Children & Young People and requires strong organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a solid understanding of patient confidentiality.

The Support Secretary will play a vital role in facilitating communication between the Trust, patients, and healthcare professionals, while adhering to Trust policies and procedures. The position offers a salary of £12.60 per hour, in line with the Real Living Wage, and emphasises Sheffield Children's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities in its recruitment practices.
