The Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Senior Administrator to join the Northwest Surrey Home Treatment Team in Staines. This community-based role involves providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to a multidisciplinary team that delivers 24/7 treatment for individuals experiencing severe mental health crises. Key responsibilities include managing patient records using SystmOne, assisting clinical staff, and performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and communication with patients and healthcare providers.

Candidates should possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience in a busy office environment. The ideal applicant will be a reliable team player with excellent clerical and typing abilities, capable of effectively managing work priorities. While not mandatory, familiarity with SystmOne, ESR, and E-Rostering systems is a plus.
