The East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Cancer Careline Coordinator to join their team at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual skilled in booking appointments, triaging calls, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate should possess strong communication and organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a professional demeanor, while being sensitive to the nature of patient care. Prior experience in health or social care settings, particularly within cancer services, along with proficiency in IT systems such as Allscripts, is essential.
