The role


As the receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the Group at the Head Office (The Foundry). You must handle the flow of visitors through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities such as providing support to employees, handling mail and monitoring the building are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.


The right fit


  • You must have strong communication skills to remain polite, professional and friendly.
  • You’ll need the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
  • You’ll need previous experience working with Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • You will have the ability to organise, multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure.
  • You’ll have a positive commitment to high standards of customer service.
