Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team here at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

The team at the Royal Orthopaedic NHS Foundation Trust provides a holistic approach when caring for a wide range of patients with complex musculoskeletal, spinal and oncology conditions, many of whom require high dependency care.

As one of the country’s few Elective Orthopaedic Specialist Hospitals, ‘The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital’ receives referrals & transfers only and therefore has no ‘Emergency Department’. This allows our team to focus their attention on the delivery of truly holistic and patient centred care.

We are currently recruiting Band 2 Health Care Assistance within various areas of the trust, full time, to join our highly committed teams across the Trust.

To work as a member of the healthcare team, in the delivery of healthcare that is safe and caring; locally engaged; efficient and innovative. To provide high quality, patient centred care under the supervision of qualified staff. To be accountable for your actions and omissions.

Please see the attached full job description for all duties.

The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest specialist orthopaedic units in Europe. We offer planned orthopaedic surgery to people locally, nationally and internationally.

The ROH is an equal opportunities employer. We employ people of difference and are committed to growing an inclusive culture, where difference is celebrated, and people feel able to bring their whole and authentic self to work.

We are a Disability Confident Leader and offer a range of inclusive, family friendly and flexible working arrangements and policies, to support our people in the workplace. Flexible working requests will be considered.

The Trust is committed to the Disability Confident Interview Scheme and will offer an interview to disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a vacancy and consider them on their abilities.
