Assisting with case file retrieval and document filing for the companies two offices.
An award-winning research company based near Old Street is seeking an Office Assistant, paying up to £28,000 plus benefits, to join their growing team.

The role will be supporting a team of researchers with their background administration including document processing and requests.

Due to the more hands on, paper-based nature of the position, the post holder will be required to be in the office 5 days per week.


Duties Will Include The Following


  • Opening, scanning and distributing the companies in coming mail
  • Processing of outgoing mail using the in-house dispatch system
  • Ordering and managing couriers including international posting processes
  • Assisting with case file retrieval and document filing for the companies two offices
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies making sure the office is running smoothly in the day to day
  • Preparing marketing packs for customers/clients and local representatives
  • Any other additional duties requested by the team and management

The ideal candidate will be a team player and will look to become an integral part of a small team. You will have a great eye for detail and will be highly process driven. You will enjoy seeing tasks through from beginning to end, making sure you follow the correct steps. A great multi-tasker you will enjoy working to tight deadlines as well as prioritising task.
