You will support our cooperate client by providing 1-2-1 clinical practice to their employees across a range of increasingly complex mental health conditions. You will work directly with our clients to support mental health awareness and referrals for their employees.
By working onsite at their office, you will be a first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns and you will provide a high quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service to their employees.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
Providing high-quality therapeutic care, which demonstrates excellent clinical outcomes.
Providing ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching as and when required.
Providing one-off assessments and referral recommendations, when required.
Working autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of Bupa’s service policies and procedures.
accurately capturing management information, to support in proactively tracking trends and suggest support, training and have input into the corporate customers overall wellbeing strategy.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
In addition, you will be a strong team player, have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously and have some understanding or prior experience of working in a corporate business environment.
