A trading and investment company based in St Paul's are looking for an Team Assistant on a temporary basis for 12 months. You will be providing vital support to the general affairs teams, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Looking for experienced Administrative/Team Assistants that are immediately available and Japanese speaking.


The Role Of The Team Assistant


  • Mange the administration for the department, from handling payments and monthly reporting to setting up new starters
  • Organise and maintain essential documents and files
  • Oversee and track various tasks, including managing assets and supplies
  • Streamline communication with service providers, manage invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and activities
  • Handle incoming emails


The Ideal Candidate


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in BOTH English and Japanese
  • Previous experience as Administrative Assistant
  • Strong computer skills required, including all Microsoft packages
  • Reliable and strong work ethic
  • Organised and structured mindset
  • Team player, courteous and professional
