Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Fleet for Care Professionals. The Care Professionals will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. The Care Professionals will also provide companionship and emotional support to ensure the well-being and safety of the individuals.
