Job Title: Corporate Receptionist



Location: Manchester City Centre



Salary: £24,000 per annum


We are working with an award-winning leading financial services firm based in Manchester, dedicated to providing exceptional services to their clients. They pride themselves on their professional yet welcoming environment and are seeking a dedicated Corporate Receptionist to join their dynamic team.


Role Overview


As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our front desk and supporting our administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings and set up.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and organising company events and meetings.
  • Organise travel arrangements/hotel accommodation when required.
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures by monitoring visitor access.
  • Maintain stationery supplies.
  • Assist HR with onboarding process for new employees.
  • Support all internal teams (Marketing, Operations, HR, and Management) with ad-hoc duties.
  • Proactively offer support when available.


Qualifications And Skills


  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in All Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
