Salary:
£30,672.00 to £31,294.00* per annum. Opportunities to pick up extra shifts. Overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
Hours:
2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern (with sleep nights). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
Essential requirements:
applicants must hold a full, UK driving licence (please note we cannot accept international driving licences unless issued in a country with a reciprocal arrangement)

The role:
The Grigg is a solo children’s home, offering crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality residential care, as well as taking part in educational and recreational activities such as bowling, ice skating and going to the cinema.
We know our teams make a big difference and we want them to feel rewarded:
- We offer routes for progression and the opportunity to complete Level 4/5 Residential Childcare qualifications.
- We offer BILD accredited, paid induction training
- You will have access to a company app that provides high street discounts, online medical support, financial advice and counselling
- A day off for your birthday (in addition to your holiday entitlement)
- Access to a holiday home based in the Peak District where you can stay for free, on the company!
