Receptionist
to join the team at
Mark’s Club
, part of The Birley Group.
Mark’s Club
is a private members’ dining club, based in a serene Mayfair townhouse providing a solace to all its members from the hectic pace of the city outside. The Club serves the finest, award-winning cuisine alongside an outstanding selection of cocktails, wines and cigars.
As
Receptionist
you will be the first point of contact upon member arrival and therefore will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our members and their guests. The successful candidate will be confident in handling enquiries as well as instinctively recognise the needs of our members.
We Are Ideally Looking For Candidates Who Have
- Previous experience in a Receptionist role within a private members’ club or busy, high profile, high quality restaurant
- A genuine passion for creating an excellent member experience
- Impeccable appearance, an engaging personality and the ability to remain calm at all times
- The ability to multi task and effectively react to changing member needs
- Be a natural and confident communicator both face to face and on the telephone
- Be organised and motivated and see tasks through to completion
- Possess an excellent command of the English language
- Be an excellent team player with good administration skills
- Previous experience of online reservation booking systems is highly desirable
- A keen interest in the theatre, arts, current affairs and politics is desirable
